Tüke Busz Zrt. informs its passengers that the company’s customer service office hours will be modified temporarily and until cancelled as follows:
As of 18.03.2020, the customer service office will be closed, thereafter, comments or questions may only be forwarded to Tüke Busz Zrt’s customer service by telephone and e-mail.
The Company automatically extends payment deadlines by 30 calendar days in matters relating to the payment of surcharges.

Opening hours:
18 March 2020: (Monday - Thursday)
only by phone (8am - 3pm) and e-mail,
Friday: by phone only (8am - 12:30 pm) and e-mail

Tüke Busz Zrt. will start selling monthly passes earlier for the month of April 2020 in order to avoid overcrowding, from 23 March 2020 to 7 April 2020. It will take place in three permanent ticket offices and two smaller ticket offices to buy passes for April 2020, or any sort of tickets.
Opening hours for our permanent ticket offices as of 19 March 2020 are, as follows:

Millennium Shopping Mall (7621 Pécs, Rákóczi street 60.)
Monday to Friday: 7.00 – 15.00

Coach station (7622 Pécs, Nagy Lajos király street 20.)
Monday to Saturday: 7.00 – 17.00

7632 Pécs, Csontváry street 10.
Monday - Saturday: 7.00 - 17.00 (Sunday open times cancelled for now)


From 23 March 2020 to 7 April 2020, our two smaller ticket offices will operate as follows:

Uránváros Bus Station (7634 Pécs, Páfrány street 4.)
Monday to Saturday: 7.00 – 17.00

Budai Bus Station (7630 Pécs, Zsolnay Vilmos street 118.)
Monday to Saturday: 7.00 – 17.00

The Company draws the attention of its Passengers to the fact that only as many customers as there are sales windows in the customer premises can be present at the same time. We ask the citizens of Pécs to keep two meters outside when standing in line.
